Music video festivals?

[fishops]

I recently directed a music video. Small budget, but shot on an EX3 with a letus ultimate and nice lenses, thanks to a fantastic DP I know giving me a buddy rate. I think it came out wonderfully, and the client is very pleased.

I was still in post when the South by Southwest deadline came and went, but I'd like to submit to other festivals before the season is totally over. What are some good festivals that have music video programs?

One problem is that it is already scheduled to premier at the Boston Underground Film Festival this Saturday at the Brattle theater (come if you're in town!) I know festivals generally like to premiere things, but I'm hoping that it doesn't matter so much with a music video. Anyone have any experience with this?

I have submitted videos to the following festivals off the top of my head, most of the ones I remember I got into, not all, so I'm starting with the ones I didn't so I can remember, hope this helps because I was in your position too -- it's tough research, honestly:

Holly Shorts (very good opportunities here; didn't get in)
California Online Film Festival
Garden State Film Festival
San Diego Film Festival
San Fernando Valley International Film Festival
Delrey Beach International Film Festival
Sunscreen Film Festival
FirstGlance Film Festival Hollywood (or Philadelphia)
Paso Robles Film Festival
Action/Cut Film Festival (great first prize, meeting with an agent; didn't get in)
The Other Venice Film Festival
Planet Ant Film and Video Festival
Burbank International Film Festival (starts in a week, though)
Action on Film International Film Festival
Hermosa Shorts Film Festival
International Festival of Cinema and Technology (Los Angeles)
Myrtle Beach Film Festival (won)
George Lindsey UNA Film Festival (won)
Tupelo Film Festival
California Independent Film Festival

Also The Accolade Competition has a music video category.

Among ones I've entered and haven't heard from:
The Indie Gathering
Hawaii International Film Festival (Honolulu International also, but it sucks, I'm sorry)
Southern Winds Film Festival
Reno Film Festival
BeFilm The Underground Film Festival
Ohio Independent Film Festival
Montana Independent Film Festival
Indie Film Jam @ Florida Music Festival 2009
Great Lakes Independent Film Festival
San Francisco Frozen Film Festival
Peachtree Village International Film Festival
SF Shorts: San Francisco International Festival of Short Films
ACEFEST
Jersey Shore Film Festival
15 Minutes of Fame
Marfa Film Festival
Philadelphia Independent Film Festival
Yosemite International Film Festival

Hopefully that gets you started! That's what I got.
