Music Synchronization Contract

Hi Everyone,
I have been given permission by a musician's manager to use a couple tracks but he would like me to write up a contract. Does anyone have a decent sample or template that they use.

It is a music synchronization contract that I need, correct?

There are some on google, but not exactly what I was looking for.

Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure you know who wrote and actually owns the tracks, that there's been no litigation or trouble, somewhere back in their history.
Were they registered with SOCAN or ASCAP? Watch out in case the titles were changed. Do searches.

As there's no money involved, they don't want you to onsell or charge someone for your use.

And they won't sign anything they don't agree with, so write up a draft for approval with all the details in it.
Include all play and finish dates and get signed and witnessed copies.

Use a googled contract to get samples of the wording, get other opinions and if you're under 21 get a legal opinion.

Cheers.
