Music rights

I apologize if I posted this in the wrong place. I recently edited some videos that I posted on YouTube. YouTube said that I do not own the rights to the music I used in the videos. I disputed this because the music came from Soundtrack Pro. Don't we have the rights to use music from that application on the web? I purchased the program legally several years ago.

Youtubes detection software frequently tags up music that is in fact cleared. Once you tell them, a human investigates and it can take up to a month to be reviewed and released. Annoying, but a false flag is probably, for them, the best way to react - detect a potential problem, block it, contact user for confirmation, review then clear/remove.
