Music rights?

So not sure where to put this question, but I was looking for some music, and a friend of mine who has a local band so I can use anything they have for any short film I want. Seems pretty broad I know, but I guess it helps expose them. Can anyone link me or send me a template for some sort of legal document so I am protected?

Thanks Terry. I found that site useful. But still looking for something a little less... not sure what to call it... intimidating? Most of the forms specify a title (which i don't yet have) as well as compensation, which they agreed wasn't needed.
