Music contracts

A quick explanation of my situation:

I have a band who I have been in contact with regards my film Operation Chastity. They have agreed to allow us to use a song in the film gratis (very cool of them) as source, on the basis the film is not for profit. They have asked for a standard draft agreement so we may proceed with sorting out the contracts and so on.

I do not have such a standard contract, though - does anyone here have any suggestions or templates that I may use?
