Hey, this is Director, Tommie Green. President CEO Of WhiteWood Entertainment.
ONE question:
Okay, so I'm doing an action film which consist of LOTS of stock footage effects. Some with Green backgrounds, some with black and some with white.
The black and green effects key and resize just fine. But whenever I take the WHITE background footage (Let’s take a Gunshot hitting a dirt ground for instance) and put a multiply key on it, it looks great and everything’s all fine and dandy. Until I have to resize and relocate it to match my footage. But when I do THAT, there's black everywhere else on the footage that the dirt footage is not a part of.
Image 1 shows the footage I'm trying to use. It's of a girl running and bullets are being shot at her, but are missing and hitting the ground.
Image 2 is the effect, put over the video, then effected with the multiply key, looking good so far.
But as you can see in image 3, when I go to move and resize it, there’s that black around it, showing only the video in effect footage.
Do you think it's just a glitch in my program? (Which by the way is Adobe Premiere Pro). If not, then what do you suggest I do? I've tried everything I know how already.
