Multiple sequences problem

I've been editing a short movie and created a new sequence for it. It's a story that goes backwards chronologically, and wanted to try a cut of the movie going in chronological order. I made a new sequence and have been copying/pasting the scenes but in the new sequence, there's a widescreen bar there that wasn't there in the first sequence, and there's gaps between clips that weren't there before. It's also been messing with audio levels so sudden differences occur. And when playing it, the playback's somewhat jerky, and not like how it was in the 1st. I didn't change any settings in easy setup, so I'm not thinking that's the issue

I've done the same thing before. Basically the sequence settings have changed since you created the original sequences. So your frame size, compressor and your frame rate have changed, making these changes...

I would recommend just creating a new sequence and verify its the same as originals.... or, what I do, which is kind of rudimentary, but it works, just Duplicate your sequence in your bin, then open the copy, change the name and erase the contents. Copy the contents you want in and it should be alright.

Hope that's all it is, good luck
