Multiple HD-SDI transportable recorder

Hi everyone.

I work at a rental company, where we get a lot of questions about recording 3 or even more cameras, into 1 recorder, by HD-SDI. Each camera should create it's own file, so it's possible to edit each clip independently for each camera.

Does anyone know if there's a recorder that can do this!?

I found some different recorders, but they are all accepting a maximum of 2 SDI-signals.

Dear minisand,

I do not know of such a device.

Three nanoFlashes can be mounted into a small case and each would record independently, but could start record simultaneously, if desired.

You'd be looking at something like Tricaster, which is a switching & recording computer, or some type of broadcast ingest server.
