IM working on a movie that i shot in 24p, 60p, and 30p, as well as at different resulutions- 480i. 720p, and 1080 p...i need to use all the footage. Should i just set up my project for 720p at 59.57fps? i dont really know wat to do thanks.

Whats the final product aimed for? Thats a crucial factor.

Also how much of % of the different rez/fps there is.

If 90% of the footage is 720/60P then would that be a good setting for the project.

Is 90% of the footage 1080/24P then you use that.

The goal is to convert as little as possible of the footage, since any conversion introduces artifacts.

Also rememeber that you can produce several different masters, since you can change the settings after each render.

So one for DVD and one for HD.

Its a bmx movie- maybe from now on ill just stick to 720 60p... It is going to be shown at a local theater. or maybe 1080p 30p? i dont know but thanks for clarify that for me!

If you going filmout it needs to be 24P, but if you use a digital projector you can stay with 30P or 60P depending what the projector can show.

Converting between 24p and 30p (either way) rarely works well, so if you have a significant amount of either which will need to be converted to the other, you'll want to edit as 59.94.
