Multiclip sync (not multiclip sequence)

Guys, a little help. I am sure there must be an easy answer to this but not one thats in front of me. By the time you read this I have probably finished doing it the hard way.

I have created a multiclip from two video clips and one audio clip. The timecode on the two video clips match, the timecode on the audio doesnt. The video clips are slightly longer from in to out than the audio.

The audio track is recorded from the deck (I have another audio track that I will lay over the top once I have completed the multiclip edit which goes from the beginning to end of the video tracks).

So my multiclip looks something like this

Angle1(video): --------------------------------------------------------------
Angle2(video): --------------------------------------------------------------
Angle3(audio): ---------------------------------------------------------......

I need it to look like this

Angle1(video): --------------------------------------------------------------
Angle2(video): --------------------------------------------------------------
Angle3(audio):...---------------------------------------------------------....

So you can see I have used in point when creating the multiclip - meaning I have to manually sync the sound - no problem as I know the precise TC the audio needs to move. The problem is to move it to that point I am using the scrub method shift + control - move the mouse. This takes forever. Is there another way to move the audio track to where is should be?
