I have two multicam questions here.
1) is there any way to just undo the last camera change?
I am editing a concert and I will edit for a couple of minutes switching camera angles. If I make a mistake and select the wrong camera and hit undo, it erases all my cuts since the last stop

2) is there any way to select a cross dissolve instead of a cut?
There are times that a cross dissolve just works better and I just did not know if there was a way to do that on the fly. I have just been manually inserting them.

That's not how to use Multicam editing. It's to do a rough cut. If you click a back angle, keep going, fix it after the rough cut is made. You can always, after, place the playhead on that angle, click on a different angle, then when you're done laying down your rough cut, you'll go edit by edit, trimming each one (never touching the mouse, fast, easy).

Add transitions last, after the edit is done, always.
