A while back I ran across a piece of software that allowed "live" switching via EDL. Somehow (I forget the exact method) you could see live low res feeds from all your cameras and then "switch" between them. The software generated an EDL that could be used in your video editor, and capture low res video that you could use as proxy footage.
I've looked and looked for this software but haven't been able to find it anywhere. Have any of you seen this software?
