All the postings I found regarding this were from a couple of years ago so here goes. I'm sitting down to do my first multicam edit since purchasing the hmc150. I have 3 cams: hmc at 1280x720/60fps and an XL2 and DVX both shooting at 30fps. I can't utilize multicam due to the different frame sizes. My thought is to re-capture the HMC footage using the same import settings as the standard def. footage (720x480 w/ Anamorphic pulldown at 30fps). Sounds faster than running it through Compressor - it's less than two hours of footage. I'm I going about this the right way? This is also my first edit in HD so I'm learning...

Modified: As you may already know, the re-log and transfer with standard def settings didn't work. Footage still came in at the shot settings. I'll wait for a response before I try anything else.
