Multi format timeline, output?

I have a documentary I'm finishing that has both 24p and 60i footage, what should I render the time line out to for DVD?

Right now my brain says 60i, but I thought I'd get a second opinion.

I'm sure this has been covered but I didn't have much luck with the search tool.

If you want to retain the 60i look, edit and output as 60i.

If you'd rather it all look like 24p, then edit and output as 24p.
