Multi-Clip Editing Teqnique

Any idea how they get this to be so smooth? It must be more then just adjusting size, location, etc of each clip.

maybe you just liked the music?

that was not seamless, the video trailed to the beat actually. and it was not lip synced perfectly. the instruments/b footage was off by a mile in most places.

Not looking to judge the quality of the edit, just trying to find more about the sliding technique that is used.

It is simple keyframing of Position and Scale parameters, that's all. Make sure keyframes are linear and not bezier (curved).
