Muliple channel racing DVR and cameras?

Didn't really fit in any other category, so here we have it...

Looking for a relatively low cost multichannel HD camera and DVR system for use on a very small motorcycle for road racing:

Needs to be:

small
HD
hopefully not much rolling shutter since this is a single cylinder and has some vibrations
would like 4 channels
would like high bit rate so it looks good
would like low GOP so it gives good motion
would like it to not cost an arm and a leg

I just bought a 2 channel dashcam, but I don't expect it will meet my quality target. Been using JVC action cams and those are decent enough, but no central DVR and need to be started individually. Looking into using Mobius Mini cameras but again no central DVR, but can be centrally started.

Target is Youtube, just part of the hobby, and a single camera over a ten minute race is boring (about 12 laps).

Had no input on this, but I'm a little closer. Bought four Mobius Mini cameras from Buymobius.com. These were chosen because of the size, ability to do 1080/60p, and the ability to start recording when power is applied. I put 3 of them on my little racing cycle and used a Belkin 4 port 12 volt to USB charger, connected a switch between 12v source and charger so that all 4 (eventually) cameras get power at the same time (roughly). One of the cameras was found with the power cord pulled out, need to look into this. The front camera really needs to be mounted to something more stable which will remove a lot of the vibration and jello. The back camera did a very good job all the way up to the higher end of the RPM's.

Hope this helps someone, here's a look at what the functional cameras gave me:
