Hi!
Do you know if I can change a PAL MPEG file to a NTSC one? Are there any differences?

Software like canopus procoder will work fine
otherwise you can use hardware pal/ntsc converter ( which is less expensive ) if quality is not an issue since hardware converter simply convert analog signal ( svideo )

Ok, thank you!
I have tried the MainConcpt Mpeg Encoder and I think it works "well" but the quality is much worst in NTSC. It also appears a green line...

what green line? as for the quality main concept codec should be fine. it is indeed slower but quality is okay
