Being the dumbass that I am, I finished editing a project, rendered out the mpegs, and authored the DVD. Thinking I was done, I "cleaned up" a little, and accidently deleated some of the footage.
Now, I'm finding that I rendered the mpegs at too high a rate. Is there a really good tool (free?) that I could run these clips through, to correct the data rates and levels?
