So far the MPEG 4 looks really bad. After I go to export in FCP I click the MPEG4. Then I thought I try the options. Should I go to a slower frame rate? I see that it is on MPEG-4 Improved. It was on 30 for the frame rate. Should i try a frame rate of 15? 24?
Go with MPEG -4 basic?
One other thing I notice at the top it says File Format. The choice in ther now os MP4 (ISMA). The other choice is just MP4.
