Moving stuff from TX to NC

What's th e cheapest way to move a garage full of stuff from TX to NC? I have access to a big truck, Uhaul trailer? Any ideas on cost?

I may be able to do a horse trailer, but uhaul is backup....

Thanks

Cheapest changes things.

When I left college in MN I loaded up my car and then UPS ground shipped a bunch of stuff but I have had friends who have used the PODS things (best if you have a garage) or you could always do the uHaul which is a pain and sometimes you end up paying per mile.

I like that PODS service and have had good luck with that.

If you go uhaul, find the different pick-up locations in your area, and call each of them to ask how much it is.

When I moved from San Antonio back to (gghh) Alabama, I called several and the price varied from like 200 to over 400 dollars.

uhaul prices can be found on the internet, but they do change. When I moved to NC from Maryland I first reserved a uhaul truck and car tower for about $450. I checked the prices a few weeks later and found it for about $150 cheaper. So I called them and they reduced the price. Make sure you also check budget and that one one that starts with a P.. but I can't remember which one.
