Moving footage from Vegas pro

I shot on the HVX using the PC with Vegas Pro 9 for editing a short film clip. Now I want to move the film clip over to the Mac machine and use imovie 9 since it has some nice themes (comic book) and the star wars stars title. The question I'm asking is what is the best rendering can I do on Vegas 9 to bring the footage over to the Mac machine so it looks good? I did one render mp4 but it really doesn't look that great.

I looked on Vegas "rendering as" and it doesn't have Dnxhd on its list. I'm editing on Vegas Pro 9.0 and have to turn the footage into something that the Mac imovie can read. Thanks
