Moving: but where?

John, don't mislead people. i still own a house in OC, its wonderful there.

At least don't tell them how bad it is until I sale my house this summer.

I just want more than what this location can provide me in terms of cost of living and stretching the mighty dollar (Do we still call it the mighty dollar?). I still have illusions of getting me 40 yacht and cruising the seas. (Yet another pipe dream)
