Movies you want to see directed by other directors.

War of the Worlds.

Robert Rodriguez.

lol. Kidding. We might be watching cardboard aliens (might've made the movie better).

Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones, Revenge of the Sith -

Peter Jackson

Hell, Mickey Mouse or the Green Lantern wold be preferable, as would Santa, Mr.T, or my toaster oven.

Agreed, or Irvin Kershner who directed the Empire Strikes Back, my fave of the sextology. As far as Pete Jackson goes, I heard a rumor from a somewhat reliable source that there may be a possibility of episode 7, 8, and 9 by said director. And yes I've heard all that about Lucas saying there will be no more, but I believe he said HE will not do any more. My source said that Pete Jackson was brought on set for Episode 3 to show him how the films are done. Just something I heard.

"Saving Private Ryan", directed by... Me?

No, thanks...

I would love to see Return of the Jedi directed by Spielberg (not that I don't like it the way it is... just out of curiosity), because he was actually set to direct it up until the last moment.

Oh, I'm pretty sure Tarantino could mess it up more than Burton. The one thing that that movie did not need more of was a cold, heartless, bloody shell which skips around in time. As for V for Vendetta, it is based on an Alan Moore book, and Alan Moore is amazing, but has not had the best record in terms of transfers to film (League of Extraordinary Gentlemen comes to mind)
