I didn't find anything during a search, but I wanted to try to gather a list of sites that are indie friendly that will review your movie and put up a link to your website.
I really wish I had my movie review site up now. I was very indie-friendly, I'd take screener DVDs from indie filmmakers and review on my site, but I was very objective (read: harsh) if it wasn't a good film, even though I got a free DVD.
I should get my review site up again later this year. I had more than 600 reviews on it and a total of almost 2,000 typed pages of text (including a 19-page review of Citizen Kane and a bunch of other really long pieces; those included historical information, not just my opinions, of course).
I used to know more contacts in this area, if I think of some I'll post them. But it doesn't hurt to find smaller review sites (like mine was, my traffic was only about 300 uniques per day, sometimes if I was lucky 400, but that's not terrible, it's some audience at least). I know for me, just giving you some insight, when I first started to receive a few e-mails from indie filmmakers, "Hey I have this indie film, (so and so), would you be willing to review it if I sent you a copy?" I was really excited! I was just some guy, in college, running a film review site, so the fact that a filmmaker wanted to send me their movie for free made me feel honored and like I was actually somehow "important" enough to be considered. I didn't see it from the filmmaker perspective (I do now, of course) that a DVD costs about a dollar if it's done in bulk, which a lot are, and that shipping it costs at most another $1.50 or so, so $2.50 to get a review site to check out your movie is a good deal. All I saw was, "Oh wow FILMMAKERS contacting me! How cool!" So there are a lot of sites like that, not the huge ones that get free DVDs from the studios (I got a few studio DVDs but they were mostly straight-to-DVD stuff), but the smaller ones like when I was starting out that have some traffic but haven't made it yet. Those guys are stoked anyone would think of them and give them something for free. Worth a shot!
