Move FCP sequence into After Effects

I don´t know if was posted before, but here is! a nice little free script for Final cut, allow to export the edited sequence and import on After Effects, tutorial included.

I have that script too but it has it's limitations. I know the Automatic Duck or Boris XML transfer route is a bit expensive but I would rather use those softwares more. Just my two cents
