Hello,

I have done some searches and found some threads on the topic but none really had a solution. Exporting out of Premiere using Quicktime format H.264 is crap. It's noisy and pixelated.

What do you guys usually do without going through another software?

It shouldnt be a problem. Try raising the bitrate.
Does the export setting dimension match your source footage dimension?

If I raise the spatial quality to 75 or higher, then it looks pretty good, but the file size is also multiple times higher to what mp4 with H264 can do at around the same quality.

Dimensions are correct.

BTW I'm on Mac.

Thanks
