Mounts for Sanken CS-1

Hello...this is my first post.
Glad to be part of this community.

I'm buying the Sanken CS-1, but all of the usual suspects (B&H, Trew, etc.) currently don't have the K-Tek KSSM mount in stock.

I need to have a boom package together soon for a shoot, and was wondering if anyone had suggestions for a different mount, or a retailer for the K-Tek.

I also have an Oktava MK-012, so the best-case scenario would be a mount that would work for both mics and would have future applications with the Oktava.
