Mounting Female to Female Arri Rosette

I'm looking for a way to join two female Arri Rosettes, I am trying to attach a FS5 Grip Adapter to a Tilta Nucleus-M hand grip adapter and I'm coming up short on how to do this without putting a longish Dogbone between them, which I don't really want to do.

Turns out I didn't look at my Grip Adapter close enough and the interior panels slide off, allowing me to thread a M6 through it into the adapter, I'll post pictures of it when I have an appropriate sized bolt. Hopefully helping someone in the future.
