I got a Bogen quick release adapter for my Glidecam 4000 and trying to figure out the best way to mount this thing tot he cheese plate of the GC. There seems to be alot of options but I'm only finding one hole to use which is a problem because over time, the plate loosens and starts to swivel on the cheese plate. I see multiple holes on the adapter but not sure which is the best way to mount it.
Any suggestions?
