Mount a slider to a tripod?

Anyone know how you can mount the bottom of the DP slider on tripod legs and mount the fluid head to the top of the slider?

I have a Satchler. Fluid comes off the ball mount- but there is a screw hole at the bottom of the head- so what piece of mounting gear do I need t get this on the slider?

And the screw left in the legs is not long enough without a ball mount- so it will not reach the bottom of the DP slider- so i assume there is something there acts an extender?
