Motion Track to blur a logo

I want to blur a logo that's on a persons hat. They are moving around a lot. I was wondering it it possible to do a motion track then attach it to a blur effect some how so I don't have to key frame a mask or what not?

You can do this in After Effects pretty easily. There are tutorials on Videocopilot and creativecow that could really help you. If I were home I could walk you through it if you had AE.

it's weird because I know how to motion track and attach lets say a text layer, but how do you attach a blur?
I am checking out the cow now.
 
Make an adjustment layer, apply the blur, put a mask on the adjustment layer to cover where you want the blur to be.

Track the footage, apply the track to a null object, and parent the adjustment layer to the null object.
