Hi guys, I have searched on this forum but couldnt find anything, so apologies if this has been solved before.
I open up the master templates in sequences menu, select a template i like, press open look in viewer and it is a black screen, I go to control tab and everthing seems to be there except I cant drop a clip in. Even when I over lay in timelime and play it still shows black in the canvas. I have updated fcp and made sure I only have the one account, yet still wont work. Any advise? I have even trashed all my preferences. Winds me up because I had a course yesterday and on their computer it was working like a dream, but on mine it sucks, wont start
