Again, NEWBIE here! Be easy!
I just finished my first FCP project...
I was trying to do something in Motion, however, and decided against doing it this way... I went another route to avoid the hassle... but I'd like to know for next time!
Anyhow, the situation was this: when I opened a clip in Motion, the dimensions seemed stretched. The footage is 720 24pn dvc-pro hd. Those are my settings in FCP and in Motion. In FCP the footage looks fine, but in Motion they seem skewed. Is that normal? If I do my work and then open the clip again in FCP will it be sized right again? What am I missing?
