Motion in Action?

I havent played with motion yet since I upgraded to FCP Studio last month. I was wondering if anyone had any examples of what you can do with motion in projects you worked on. I looked online on the apple site but it doesnt really show you much unless I am looking at the wrong section. When I opened motion, i clicked the Quick Tour option.

I have a book, I guess I just wanted to see some actual examples thats all like some quick snippets of things that was created with Motion.

Also -- if you go back over to the apple site and search in the Motion forum for "fun with" you'll see a whole series of cool things Pat Scheffield's done. I always pick those up and mess with them.

The new Encyclopedia of Visual Effects has tons of examples of stuff you can do with Motion, Shake, After Effects. It's an awesome reference book! The step by step examples are great, too. Pricey, but for the amount of information you get, I think they could have charged more, glad they didn't. A book like this was needed a long time ago...
