MOTION files into FCP?

What's up! I need some help here guys...I'vre created this animation in Motion and then imported into FCP5. The results are terrible! The animation looks pixelated.
Can u guys tell what kind of compression I should use in Motion and then tell me what to do next in FCP5?

What did you export it as? Codec, frame size, frame rate, etc. It would help to have details for these settings in FCP and Motion to give you a better answer.

I generally export all graphics and vfx in the animation or uncompressed codecs, but this may not work for you if something else is off.
 
hi! I compressed it as an animation and then imported into FCP. Didn't used any specific setting in FCP.

why not just load the motion project into FCP? why output a file?
or just output an uncompressed file and import that into FCP
 
Yeah, just import the motion file. FCP will recognize it like it's an old friend. Plus when you alter the file in motion it will auto update in FCP.

Plus did I mention the recognising it like an old friend part. That part always makes me teary.
