Motion Autoscales Shots

I've been using Motion to try and slow shots down similar to twixtor and when I send them from FCP into Motion for some reason motion automatically zooms into the shot and I cna't figure out how to stop it, it ruins the quality and therefore renders it useless.

Any advice?
