Motion and Quicktime, can they get along?

I have made a video montage in motion where I have several talking head clips scrolling from left to right. When I export my project to Quicktime the images are showing glitches. I exported through H.264, 24fps, 30fps, 60fps, Mpeg4 24fps, 30fpc, & 60fpc. all times with best quality selected. Any suggestions?

I am using Mac OSX G5, version 10.4.8, Processor 4/2.5 Ghz Power PCC, Memory 2GB 5DRAM, Motion 2.0.2 from FCP HD package.

What kind of glitches? What project settings did you use in Motion? If you perform a ram preview does the timline play properly?
