Most efficient way to do multicam Doco Interview

I have shot a 3 hour interview of a director about an upcoming movie and organization he's starting. I used 2 cameras that were generating their own time code (they are not synced). Whats the best/ most efficient way to edit it? Go through the footage, capture only what I need from both camera's POVs and make the story? Should I import all of the footage and edit multi cam style? How would you go about editing this? Being edited on Premiere CS3

Personally, I'd capture all, sync both tracks in the timeline, do a rough edit for story and then multi-clip edit the remaining footage. This is assuming you have something to sync the tracks with. We do 2 cam shoots all the time without timecode sync; just a double clap for sync in post. Oh, and we use FCP so I'm not really familiar with the workings of Premiere.

sync camera two once and put it on a second video track then edit to content.
This way you only have to find sync one time.
