Most difficult to watch gig?

Here is a thread to list your most face cringing, teeth grinding, puke-inducing shoot. Not a shoot that was difficult, but was difficult to watch.

To start things off, I'm shooting a nursing series that required an enema demonstration. THANKFULLY it was on a dummy, but it was still rough to watch...

My company, several times a year, does the A/V for a conference of medical X-ray technicians, and each time I go to one of those, I can pretty much count on at least one speaker showing me something I really didn't need to see. :) Two that stand out particularly are the presentation on X-raying dead people, and the medical examiner who was showing home video of accident scenes and the subsequent autopsies. Imagine seeing a white Toyota pickup truck that looks like the driver's-side rear fender has been replaced by one from a red truck, and then finding out that the red isn't paint, it's blood from the driver...

I worked on a video for a dentistry school once - we used a jib to get a camera directly over a toothless patient's mouth while they drilled screws into his gums to attach braces. The blood spurting out of his mouth was pretty raw.
