Most compact + deployable LED lights

As to Kino Lights, the Divas were not great light quality. The standard Kino Flo's with the separate ballasts and the original style bulbs, those rock. And just about every modern movie you have ever seen uses those. It is Kino's attempt at an ENG style flo that wasn't very good. The "film set" Kinos are great. Better quality of light than even the high end LEDs.

The tubes do have a lot to do with it. The tubes in the Diva's and Barfly's are much smaller and smaller diameter than the larger Kino's, like the bigger Four Foot Four Bank, etc. They explained it to me at Barbizon one day. It's all about the surface area and distance in the tubes.

Ooooooookay guys. Youve twisted my arm. I'm not usually this charitable, but I will take those shitty, garbage-ass Kino Divas off your hands for $100 apiece. Simply out of the goodness of my heart.

There'll be a special place in Heaven for you.

I looked through all available options and it seems that there are very few to none that can fit the criteria, especially if it's a 1 man job with no assistants. :(

Have you looked at FL-3030a/FL-3060a and RX-18TD lights? Pretty much fit your description exactly. I started a whole thread on those lights you may want to check out.

You're a better man than I. I wouldn't wish divas on my worst enemy :P
