I have a tubpre amplifier (as shown below) Will this hurt the camera if I run my Oktava MK 219 through it? ???

why , this one have line out , just dont run to hot to distort the input stage and dont throe on the camera when you dont sutisfie by its preformers:-)

It means exactly what he says. It has a line level output. Don't run too hot out of it or you can distort the inputs of your camera.

Make sure your camera is set to line level inputs, not mic. If they are set to mic, you'll puke em out.

Well then, get someone who knows about sound to do your sound for you if this scares you.

i ment if it distor,t dont smack the camera with the preamp - the camera is made from plastic it wouldnt survive:-)
