More Adobe Media Encoder Mayhem!

Been having way to much fun with PPro 1.5 this week....
So the project is done, I had to Re-activate the Media encoder last night, did a test and everything Worked fine.
Now I am rendering the file out as mpeg2 dvd, I added about two minutes of footage to the edit, tried to render out and about 30% through the render I am getting a"Premiere could not export the frame message"
I've tried a couple other settings and the same thing is happening.
I got to deliver this mofo tomorrow and am stressing!
any and all help would be appreciated

as a quick thing to try without trying to figure it all out, you can export an AVI, then inport the AVI into PPRo and move your working area to only the AVI and then export that work area as an mpg2.

otherwise just export an AVI and use that AVI in your DVD authoring program (such as encore DVD) and do the mpg encoding there instead.
