I have a project that was shot in 1080i 30p and want to be able to monitor it to a 4:3 monitor. I've done this before where the output is just letterboxed. I'm using a canopus ADVC 110 to send to the monitor. The canopus is SD but I just want to be able to output to Beta without it looking stretched as it does now. I'll be using the canopus to go to the betacam via S-Video
