How do I connect my Panasonic 7 " TC-7WMS1 and a Panasonic 17" LH1700Wp in the field in the same time ?

When I use the component cable with the 17", the connection video in/out doesn't work anymore for my 7" SD monitor because the component out connetcor take priority. Is it a way to connect the SD monitor ?

I use the 17" for accurate focus, but I need the small 7" for field view.
 
I don't *think* what you are hoping to do will work.

Will using the 17" for accurate focus and your built-in LCD for framing not work for you?

What I wanted to do was to still use my 7" Panasonic SD monitor attach to my camera for framing, some focus and camera movements and use the director 17 " for color, exposition and accurate focus on static shots and when possible (it is quite a big monitor). The problem is if you connect the HD 17" with component out, it take priority on the video out and you can't use both monitor in the same time. Is it a way to connect my SD monitor when using the 17" HD or I need a small HD monitor too ?
 
I just was thinking about the same problem, maybe there is a way to split the component signal...?
What I definitely don´t wanne do is constantly switch this "will-break-soon" cable from Panasonic between monitors...

If you find a way to do that, let me know. Someone told me there is an adaptor, expensive of course, but I don't know it.
