Monitor Arm

I am looking to find a decent monitor arm to attach to a 15mm rail system at a reasonable cost. Zacuto is above my price range but I need the monitor to attach to the rails and possibly moved once in a while. Any and all help is appreciated.

I ordered a Noga arm from B&H. I dont have it yet but it seems like the standard for what you are looking for.
This one comes with a hot shoe adapter. If you dont need it its a little cheaper.

Noga arms can't handle all but the lightest of monitors. In a hand held situation, they will sag and slip.

The set up I use are Heavy Duty Manfrotto Ball mount to Arm Bones to rod bracket. The arm bones are rock steady and about the same price as Noga.

The Monfrotto ball mount is interesting. I cant seem to find the Arm Bone. Do you have a link for that?
I hope the Noga will hold my Totevision. I see lots of folks using them on this site.
