Mole LED Retrofit Kits

Wanted to see if anyone has experience with the Mole Richardson Fresnel LED retrofit kits?

I have a few 412 Junior Fresnel lights I was considering converting.

I'd love to hear more too. Either about the retrofit kits or the stand-alone lights. Price/performance-wise (on paper at least) the Mole LEDs fresnels are the most attractive option out there by some margin - I'm yet to hear any first hand encounters though.
