Mole Biax 8 help

I'm getting a set of 3 Mole Biax lights (not sure if they're 8s, they may be older model - but very similar) and I need some advice.

1. If my model of lights isn't dimmable, is it possible to run the light with only 4 bulbs installed?

2. What are the cheapest options for stands? I read that c-stands will suffice; any advice on where to get the best c-stand mount for the Biax 8 (it has the junior mount, correct?)?

3. I have a few extra Manfrotto tripods that were being used for mocap cameras but are available. Is there a tripod head or plate that will accommodate the mount for a Biax 8?

4. The lights that I'm getting have eggcrate installed in front, but no barndoors, softboxes or anything else; I'm not yet sure if the current bulbs are CF or tungsten. I'm looking for indie advice on how to direct light, gel if needed, diffuse, etc.

5. Specifically, I'm immediately going to be shooting interviews on greenscreen in a small enclosed space. My camera is an HVX200 and I'm planning to shoot these green screen interviews to P2 at 1080p for delivery to 720p. Is the extra resolution enough to get a good key with DVPRO100, or is it really worth rigging up cables across the hall to my editbay and record to FCP via my Kona 3 by bypassing the compression chip of the HVX?
