Mojito club lighting?

Okay, I'm shooting a music video in a club and basically want to go for the the of the new Bacardi Mojito Commercial.

Youtube "Bacardi Mojito" if you havent seen it.

I'm looking to go for the scene with the bartender making the mojito and the club with blue lighting slow-mo stuff.

What do you guys think the most effective way of lighting this would be? I only have 1300 dollars to buy lights.

The club's own lighting is blue.

Thanks in advance, take it easy...

Bump!

Ok, to be more helpful, "slow mo" requires lots of light if your gonna get a decent expsure, especially for compressed digital formats which hate underexposure (way too much noise, but don't blow out either, its a fine line....). You'll most likey need a good HMI package. Rental is your friend on this type of shoot.
