Mocha not recognizing a file

Hello, I am new to AF and Mocha. I wan to stabilize a shot using mocha and I get the following error:

What would be the best tool to stabilize a shot anyway?

FYI - my guess is that mocha does not know how to interpret .mts files.

After Effects has Warp Stabilizer that works very well to stabilize most shots and can be used with anything that works in AE.

is there any difference/benefit in using AE warp stabilizer vs. the warp stabilizer in Premiere? they look the same at a first glance

best regards

Since they are both Adobe, I suspect they are pretty much the same (at least for CS5.5 and CS 6.) If you have a shot that is difficult to stabilize, I'd suggest googling for some advanced tutorials. I have had shots that seemed impossible, but Warp Stabilizer handled quite well, just needed a bit of 'fine-tuning.'

Another option would be to convert your mts file into something that Mocha can handle (avi or image sequence if I recall.)
