Mobile Elevating Camera Platform?

A similar item is the Genie "manlift" they are common at industrial contractor rental places, and rent for about $150 (usd) a day.

Actually, the ones I rent are push around models, they also rent drivable models.

Are you looking to dolly and jib at the same time?

I spent the last couple months on and off machines like that, surveying and dressing a big location.

They're reasonably stable when they're parked (at low extension, if you move carefully, which I do, being acrophobic). There isn't much fine control over the rig's movements. Jerky-bouncy-shuddering-shaking, too much so for a camera support system.

The ones I was on, anyway.
